All rates are in US dollars. There is an additional 13% government tax on all
rental fees. We accept Master Card and Visa. We can also take checks with prior
arrangements. We collect 50% of the total rent at the time of booking to secure the
reservation. The remainder is collected the day you arrive on the island.
